“She was like the moon, part of her was always hidden away” -Dia Reeves

This portrait was inspired by the Max Richter song Dream 3.  I put together a dream state with lucid colours and movement.  A halo of light comes from the figure, engulfing her in wonder. I painted her for the Secret 7 competition where works were exhibited in London. She’s painted onto a hand stretched canvas with is signed on the front.
