“She was powerful, not because she wasn’t scared, but because she went on so strongly, despite the fear” – Atticus

Throughout the chaos of life comes calm. My world has been chaotic over the past few years and I’m now coming into the calm.  That is reflected in this painting, as she looks ahead. The figure moves forward leaving the past self behind.  Tiny leaves grow from the figure like wings.  They represent life and how we are growing and changing constantly.  The mountains can symbolise overcoming obstacles, indicating a spiritual or mental rising or improvement.
