Wild Orchid

“An orchid in a deep forest sends out its fragrance even if no one is around to appreciate it.” –  Confucius

She sits above a beautiful bloom which reaches through her and into the sky.  Tropical orchids fall from her body as she grows.  The rich golds and plum are a part of her, passing a part of herself to others.  She’s drawn onto Somerset Satin paper in pencil.
